淡江大學《國際與區域研究期刊》撰稿規範
壹、來稿須知
一、題目：中英文兼備。
二、作者：姓名、現職、一百字以內之簡介（包含服務單位、職銜、主要學經歷、研究領域、聯絡地址、聯絡電話、電子郵件信箱）；若為兩位（含）以上作者，請以第一作者為聯絡對象。
三、摘要：四百字以內之中英文摘要。
四、關鍵詞：中英文關鍵詞不超過五個。
五、本文：篇幅（含註釋）以一萬五千字內為宜。
六、註釋：本刊採用頁下註格式，所有註釋請置於當頁本文之下，勿用文中夾註方式。
七、需加列參考文獻。
貳、論文格式
一、格式：內文（含標題）字體皆為新細明體12 級，英文為Times New Roman體12 級字，圖表內文字、註釋與參考文獻字體同上，字級10 級。文稿格式為橫向排列，左右對齊，註明頁碼。行距請採固定行高，設為24pt。
二、分節標題：文章之大小標題以「壹、一、（一）、A、（A）、1、（1）」為序。
三、引語：原文直接引入文句者，於其前後附加引號；若引言過長，可前後縮排，字元獨立起段，不加引號。若為節錄整段文章，則每段起始亦空二字。
四、簡稱或縮寫：引用簡稱或縮寫，可依約定俗成之用法；惟於第一次出現時須用全稱，並以括號註明所欲使用之簡稱或縮寫。
五、譯名：使用外來語之中文譯名，請盡量使用通行之譯法，並請於第一次出現時以括號附加原文全稱。
六、標點符號：中文標點符號一律以「全形」輸入。引用中文書籍、期刊、雜誌、報紙、網站等名稱請以《》標記；文章名稱以〈〉標記；外文書籍、期刊、雜誌、報紙、網站等名稱請用斜體字，所引之文章名稱加“ ＂標記。
七、數字表示：年月日、卷期等數字及頁碼一律以西元年份及阿拉伯數字表示。屆、次、項等採用國字表示，如：第一屆、第三次、五項決議。完整的數字採用阿拉伯數字，如：50 人；但百位以上整數之數字可以國字表示者，以國字表示，如：二億三千萬。不完整之餘數、約數以國字表示，如：七十餘件、約三千人。
八、附圖、附表：
( 一) 編號採用阿拉伯數字，寫法如圖1、圖2，表1、表2，圖1- 1、圖1- 2 等類推。
( 二) 表之標題在該表之上方（置中），圖之標題在該圖之下方
參、註釋體例(採取頁下註)
一、官方文件
（一）中文：官署機構，〈文件名稱〉（行政命令類）或《文件名稱》（法律類），卷期（案號），日期，頁 x 或頁 xx。

（二）外文：Author’s Full Name, “Title of the Article,” Date, Section or Page Numbers.

二、專書
（一）中文：作者姓名，《書名》（出版地：出版者，出版年），頁x或頁x-x。
【例】鈕先鍾，《中國戰略思想新論》（臺北：麥田，2003年），頁1-10。

首次引註須註明完整的資料來源（如上例），第二次以後之引註可採以下任一格式：作者姓名，《書刊名稱》或〈篇名〉或特別註明之「簡稱」，頁x 或頁x-x。
如全文中僅引該作者之一種作品，則可更為簡略為：同註x，頁x 或頁x-x 。
